PERSONALITY: Hypercompetent badass who does not give up ever. Likes to be in control, likes to know all the things, very pragmatic and protective of her people. Capable of staring down Batman and winning.
PLANS: She's probably not going to be leaving the compound initially because... she's in a wheelchair. She will, however, be poking around inside the compound extensively, and throwing everything she's got into cracking the computer system. At some point she'll probably rig some kind of portable communication system.
CR YOU WANT: One of the first things she's going to want to do is build a team who can do the things she can't - like go exploring outside of the compound, investigate the coordinates they've been given, etc. She also has a soft spot for hero-types, so any of those are so welcome. Also, she wants any information you can find, however tiny and insignificant. She will harass people to share with her.
CR YOU CAN GIVE: Idk, whatever you need a genius hacker for... She'll be collating information and trying to coordinate explorations outside, especially once she's got some comms up. PERSONALITY: extremely serious. believes he's pretty much a machine, a soldier, without feelings—he's kind of confused about that, but forces himself not to think too hard about it. merciless killer, but listens to whoever hires him so that's... a plus... no not really. kind of obsessive about his ideals. Hates people who talk too much and/or waste time. He also has the WEIRDEST SENSE OF HUMOUR and you likely won't ever see it, but it's super subtle. he wasn't always a horrible person, but he's stamped that out pretty well... or so he thinks.
PLANS: i've got nothing so far except he's going to scare the shit out of people with his active camoflauge.

Gintoki Sakata
CANON: sci-fi samurai hell with a side of silver testicles ( Gintama ).
PERSONALITY: Gintoki is the main character in this series and it's pretty obvious by the way he hogs all the screen time and is one of the longest living white haired anime boys. Thanks everyone for dying in his place.

He is a bit of a complicated piece of work, though, when you really dig into him. For starters, he's generally pretty lazy and apathetic towards most things and has sarcastic, dry humor that is also very blunt and to the point. He does, however, carry a strange sense of humor and doesn't mind showing it to strangers. Gin is also rather quirky, for example, as he has a huge likeness to sugar, reading Shounen JUMP and also carrying a crush on the weather woman.
Gintoki can be pretty argumentative or rude to people at first or at first glance, but he really does have a squishy center that is dazzled with shounen protag charm once he starts to care about a person. He's a former samurai that is a freelance worker ever since his city put a ban on using swords and still carries a wooden bokuto with him to defeat any enemies.

Gintoki breaks the 4th wall, so if that isn't alright with you, he has a permissions post!
PLANS: NOT MUCH. He might be looking for alcohol or cake first? PRIORITIES. Bless him. He also will have his mo-ped with him should there be any adventuring outside, he can give somebody a ride.

CANON: Fate/stay night
PERSONALITY: A tsundere, yet haughty magus who puts on the facade of the "perfect honor student" towards people she knows, yet tries to seclude herself from others due to who exactly she is.
PLANS: Rin is going to be hiding her magus abilities for a while! I want her eventually to either open up to someone or have someone accidentally find her using magic, but other than that no actual concrete plans.
CR YOU WANT: Anything, really! Though I want her to have friends and possibly even rivals.
CR YOU CAN GIVE: Rin herself is an intelligent honor student who can sometimes act like a brat when she's riled up in a way. She doesn't like being looked down upon and is very bold and ambitious. She's also a magus who can control all five elements and sucks at using electronics.
PERMISSIONS: None at the moment - I'll plot with people beforehand if anybody wants her to use a Geas or any sort of mind control magecraft. She usually doesn't do this because of the risk it takes, but if anybody wants to do it, we can hash things out beforehand.
ANYTHING ELSE: Rin's coming in from the end of the Unlimited Blade Works route, so if anybody wants to opt out of spoilers, please tell me! I know this is a 10 year old canon, but the anime just finished recently, so I don't want to be stepping on anybody's toes.

PERSONALITY: Our very own Kurokami Medaka loves humans to an overwhelming and overbearing extent, but ironically, she's not very human herself—because of her abnormality, she's unable to understand humans or communication and considers herself a "beast". She is intelligent and "perfect" to a startlingly uncanny-valley degree. This isn't to say she doesn't try—she loves humans, but she's unable to understand flaws and basic limitations. She's superhuman in all aspects, to the point that all animals fear her due to her overwhelming raw power, but at the same time, she's just a normal girl. Please treat her well, our Kurokami Medaka.
