Hi! This is a question for anytime, not specific to the intro mingle, so feel free to take your time getting back. Regarding pets, Fliss Cousland and Hawke both have mabari with them (IDK if you're DA-conversant so the shorthand for the tl;dr there is that they're horse-sized dogs bred with magic to be possess much-higher-than-dog-average intelligence), and there's canonical precedent there for Cousland's especially turning up useful objects (....as well as like, a mysteriously used set of underwear and extremely old cake) and bringing them back to their people.

With that in mind, would it be possible for either dog to every once in a while bring back something useful? Useful can be however you want to define it, mysterious but relevant plot items, nonperishable food, etc.
