PERSONALITY: He's from right after CA: TWS so he is not very personable. He is prickly and confused and doesn't know who his boss is anymore. He's basically an attack dog who's been beaten by his master but has also been pulled away from his master and is now unsure of what to do next. (don't try to pet him)
PLANS: He's probably going to do his best to stay away from people and find vantage points to pick of zombies because that's what he's good at okay, at least that's something he knows and understands. He won't be completely inaccessible though, he has to eat sometime, and he can't hide forever.
CR YOU WANT: People who will follow him around and annoy him. People who will see that he's good with guns and latch on to him because OH THANK GOD YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING. People who know him who will try to drag him kicking and screaming into rehab. Or. You know. The equivalent. People who will try to control him and use him for their own nefarious purposes. People who intentionally try to needle him to get a response. BASICALLY ANYTHING, GOOD OR BAD.
CR YOU CAN GIVE: I can give you an assassin who will stare at your character and make them feel awkward and wonder who exactly this guy is planning on killing in this situation. I can give you a broken and upset individual who has no idea who or what he is who's trying to piece things together and definitely needs help but doesn't want it.

Rude. Nah honestly it won't bug him (the short answers or death stares), and typically that's the only time he talks excessively - when he's curious about something. so he may also just hang out for the sake of having a cool place to hang out. and also bucky seems neat ;;
